Balinese


The Balinese Massage is based on the intrinsically Balinese way of giving & serving.
The intention is to create harmony of body, mind and spirit. This oil-massage incorporates stretching, long strokes, skin rolling and palm and thumb pressure techniques commonly used in Bali to relieve tension, improve circulation and to create a feeling of wellbeing.

Lomi Lomi


Is based on the Hawaiian tradition of connecting with the true self. Lomi-Lomi involves fluid and rhythmic strokes, working gently yet deeply into the muscles sending one into a state of perfect relaxation & serenity. It release blockages whilst giving the energy new direction to flow.

Hot Stone Therapy


Experience the power to heal yourself. Warm Volcanic stones are placed on various parts of the body and on different Chakra points, to energize the body’s healing potential. Further the stones are massaged on the neck, chest, stomach & legs. The warmth of the stones is nourishing, helps during times of anxiety, sleeplessness and is perfect for rebalancing.

Deep Tissue Therapy


This therapy is similar to Aromatherapy, but involves greater pressure that focuses on the deeper layers of muscle tissue and is beneficial in releasing chronic muscle tension. Improves flexibility and range of motion, relaxes muscles, and lowers Blood Pressure. Not recommended for anyone with diabetes.

Herbal Hot Compress


Here we use Heat to heal the body. Filled with herbs and soaked in medicated oils, the heated and steamed pouches are applied to the body to encourage detoxification, improve blood circulation and to melt away the aches & pains.

Foot Reflexology


Reflexology works on the principle of treating the whole body as one, with our feet (and hands) acting as a mirror or a map to our inner body. Various points in the feet corresponding to specific glands and organs inside the body are massaged and applied pressure to. Massaging the reflex nerves encourages internal organs to detoxify and release stored stress.

Herbal Steam

Indian Head Massage – Champi


Traditionally known in India as ‘Champi massage’, this treatment combines both gentle and stimulating techniques on the upper back, shoulders, neck and scalp to improve blood flow, nourish the scalp and induce a deep sense of calm will ending with Chakra balancing energy . It is popular to combine with Foot Acupressure therapy.
